Experience
I began working in the electrical industry in 2010 and gained 3 years experience as a commercial electrician and tester.
I've worked on various projects across the UK ranging from rewiring of houses to new installations such as Genting Casinos, Travelodges and Council Offices.
I then spent circa 1 year co-managing 6 electricians in a small works and special projects division - I would price work, secure the contracts and then manage the contracts up until project completion. These varied in value but ranged from £10,000 to £300,000.
In 2014 I transitioned into full time electrical estimating for a well established midlands based M&E contractor. I thrived as a design and build estimator and haven't looked back since. I'm currently pricing and helping secure projects between £250,000 - £10,000,000.
